Sean is a seasoned IT professional, entrepreneur, author and investor. He has worked over the years with hundreds of startups and scaling companies as a general advisor, director, consultant, professional trainer and award winning sales producer. He has personally produced over 30 high impact sales and data center marketplace training events across the country and his firm has negotiated and closed hundreds of data center and hosting contracts with service providers around the world. Sean also spends his time serving as an industry advocate through his work with the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (I2C) in Washington DC as well as InfraGard and the District Export Council in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Aron is a success focused leader with five years of experience applying operational management, personnel development, and data analysis in small to medium sized organizations within the US Army. A veteran of the US Army, Aron has one combat deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and one deployment in support of Exercise Central Accord with the 82nd Airborne Division. His ability to successfully coordinate high level projects and creatively solve problems in fast paced environments with international organizations contributed directly to the success of liberating Mosul. His military decorations include the coveted Ranger tab.
JASON SAINE
Representative Jason Saine is serving his third full term in the North Carolina House after being appointed in 2011. Saine serves as Chairman for the House Finance Committee where he has helped to shepherd through over half a billion dollars in tax decreases. Saine was appointed by Thom Tillis to serve as the first-ever House Appropriations Charman of Information Technology. In that role, he oversees roughly $1.6 billion in technology spending. Jason also serves as the national chair of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), where he has made issues such as tax reform, balanced budgets, and investment in energy and emerging technologies top priorities. Jason brings his unique set of skills and diverse background to Open Spectrum. Skyler has experience across multiple facets of the IT industry. His diverse knowledge includes a deep understanding of software development, computer networking, system administration and system analysis.In Phoenix Arizona he led a team of IT consultants specializing in managed services and technology solutions. He and his team used creative solutions and strategies to complete over 100 projects on time and within budget.Skyler is a veteran of the US Army. During his service he achieved 99% up time on communications and computer equipment while working in remote and hostile environments.
